I was born
in 1995 in
a village named Privetnoye. Here I spent my childhood. At the age of 6, I went
to school. There were my most carefree
years. In 2010 I got my first job as a seller in Koktebel. In 2012 I left
school and went to the best university
of Crimea . Here I met
wonderful people with whom I will spend the best years of my life. Not so long
I’ve celebrated my eighteenth birthday in a circle of my beloved friends.
Now, I'm
building the big plans and I hope to put them all in life.
The blog is intended to assist first year students at the Department of Foreign Languages, Tavrida National University, in studying English.

The Case For The Defence
... Both brothers were
arrested by the police the next day. Nevertheless they could not decide which of them had killed the
woman.
The police went them under the post until finding out all the circumstances of the case. On the next interrogation, both brothers as one began to say: 'I am a murderer'. But soon the court decided to arrange them a cross-examination to find out which of them was the murderer. For a couple of hours to interrogation one of the brothers became very ill and in the evening he died. It turned out that he had been in the last stage of cancer. Another brother was not able to withstand the loss of his brother so he decided to tell the counsel how it had been in reality.

His brother for
many years had been struggled with the terrible disease. All doctors as one told
him that his live would be save if he took an expensive therapy. The family of
course did not have the money. But one day, when he found out that Mrs. Parker got
a large sum of money, he had a plan in his head. He ascertained when Mrs.
Parker was not home, and climbed into the house. But suddenly Mrs. Parker returned.
With a state of panic, he grabbed a hammer and hit her.
The lawyer listened
to his story carefully, and said he could not wait for the trial, as he would probable
be acquitted. But Adams did not agree. He
decided to pay the penalty for his brother not to leave posthumous slur on dead
brother.
In a month later he
was sentenced to death by hanging.

The city that I've always wanted to visit
I've always wanted to visit Amsterdam .
The mane thing that attracts me in this magnificent city is its narrow houses and charming streets.
Indeed, there are places in the city you should
not miss during your visit. There are shops in which you can find old lamps
that were made around the world. Each of them restored, but didn’t lose its
history and uniqueness.
Moreover there is the lowest concentration of
cars on the city’s roads. Bikes are held in high esteem. It’s just incredible,
you feel as if you have died and found yourself in an ideal ecological city.
And as far as I know, Amsterdam 's
casinos are as popular as Las
Vegas ’ casinos. The most
important difference is that you needn't any dress code, because everybody can
come in and try himself in gambling. The city is also known for its marvelous Bruine
Café. As Amsterdam is a multicultural city, a lot of different ethnic restaurants can be found
there. Restaurants range from being rather luxurious and expensive to ordinary and affordable.
I do not know whether you find it splendid or not, but I'm curious to
look at the narrowest house in the world. The length is about 2.2
meters . In any case I wonder how
the owners of this unique house welcome guests.
By the way there is a very original sculpture
in the "red light district" on the area Oudekerksplein: a man's hand,
hugging a woman's breast. It is also extraordinary as it was built into the
pavement. The funny thing is that the author is unknown.
To sum it up, I think that Amsterdam
is worth seeing. It is a marvel city. Amsterdam has many parks, open spaces, and squares throughout the city. The atmosphere
there is magnificent, people are famously friendly and moreover prices are
low.

What do we do with our time?

I have done a research to find out what we do with our time. I have asked 11 people about how much time they spend sleeping, eating, watching TV and doing housework. There were people from 17 to 50 years.
According to my research, the average person spends a third of a day sleeping. It is 32, 5 % of day. People generally get up at 7 a.m. and go to bed at 11 p.m.
People spend one hour and thirteen minutes a day eating. It is 6, 5 % of day.
On average, people spend 4 hours a day or 27 hours a week watching TV (16 % of day). The average woman spends three or four a day doing housework (17 %).
I found out that people spend about one hour chatting on the phone and no less than 3 hours using the Internet. Also they do shopping three hours a week.
About 60 per cent are not happy with the way they use their time.

How I really spend my time
Time, it seems, is what we are all short of these days. The world is moving faster and faster. We spend time in vain, but we do not have time for the really important things. As for me I do not completely happy how I use my time.
As you know I am a first year student at the Department of Foreign Languages, Tavrida National University. My common day starts with getting up at 6 a.m. My lectures begin at 8 a.m. and finish at 2 p.m. It takes me 20 minutes to return to the hostel. Cooking and eating dinner takes me an hour. Further I let myself to relax in a half an hour. At this time I prefer listen to music or to take a nap, because it makes me more fresh and energetic. Then I do my homework, it takes me about 6 hours. Frankly speaking, I think that it is too much, but sometimes I have to do my tasks even longer. That is why I go to bed near midnight or later.
I try to spend my weekend with my family. But probably the only thing I can afford on the weekends is to sleep a bit longer, but generally I also spend a whole day doing homework.
In future I would like to do my tasks quicker and spend more time doing exercise and hanging out with my friends.

My best friend
My best friend
I have a lot of friends, but my best friend is Alina.
I have known her for a long time since our first school years. Alina left school two years ago and now she is a student of Tavrida National University. She is a future economist.
Alina is a pretty girl of eighteen. She is tall and slim. Her long black hair is straight. Her close-set hazel eyes have long eyelashes and straight eyebrows. She has a charming smile.
Alina is the kind of person who always does what she thinks is right. She is very open and sensible girl. She always ready to help everybody who needs. What I like most of all is her good sense of humor. She likes to dance and listen to music. I am very happy to have such a good friend as Alina.

There are people who born from 19.02. to 20.03. Pisces is the most emotional and sensitive sign of zodiac. At the first meeting they may seem shy, but in fact Pisces are very sociable. From an early age, they are very inquisitive. They are very trusting than many people enjoy, but don't underestimate them. Pisces are very impressionable and changeable. The main thing for Pisces in the surrounding people is the heart and soul. Pisces often choose professional such as an artist, an actor, but more of all they are attracted to the humanities. So they are excellent linguists, teacher, psychologists and etc.
