I quite agree with your description of the star sign. My mother is a Leo and the traits you have mentioned are characteristic for her, as well. As for the composition, I would reorder it a bit. "Moreover, these people are unpredictable. You never know what they are going to do." This sentence doesn't fit the place it occupies now. It might sound more logical after the sentence about children. By the way, it's not quite clear what you meant by Leos behaving like children, it needs some explanation.
