How I really spend my time

Time - this is what we often lack. Not all people are able to plan out their time properly.
As for me, most of my time I devote to studying and homeworks. My day starts at 6 am. Classes start at 8, sometimes later and end at 1 or 2 p.m. After a hard day at the university I need a little rest. I like to lie down on the couch listening to music, watch some series or chatting to my parents or friends on the phone. After a rest, I start doing my homework. This usually takes until midnight.
At the weekend I want to spend more time with my family. The day always goes differently, and in the evenings we usually watch some family film. On occasion, my friend pays a visit to me, because on the weekdays neither she nor I have time to meet.
Sometimes I'm not happy with the way I allocate my time, but I try to fix it and become more organized.

How we spend our time

My task was to conduct a survey about peoples` usual activities and find out what amount of time it takes. Results are the following:
Sleeping. This takes most of the time. On average working people wake up at 6 a.m. and go to bed at 11 p.m. Students wake up at the same time and fall asleep a little later, about 12 p.m. On weekends everybody sleeps till 10-11 a.m and stay up to 12 p.m.
Work and studies. Toiling masses commonly start their working day at 9 a.m., have their lunch from 1 to 2 p.m and finish at 6 p.m. Students have to be present at the institute at 8 a.m and till 2 p.m their time is dedicated to acquiring new knowledge. Afterwards they usually come home and spend few hours making home-tasks.
Housework. Work about the house never ends. It may take from 2 to 4 hours a day, depending on the size of your flat or house and quantity of people and animals living there. Women work about the house everyday, and men barely help them.
Hobbies. This is very essential part of life. This may be active one – like sports, and may be calm one – like arts, books etc. Majority of my relatives adore sports and dedicate about 4 hours a week to fitness room.
Meals.  At least 3 hours a day are dedicated to cooking and about 2 hours a day are busy with the process of eating
Leisure. Great deal of people who surround me belong to students. They like to spend their time in the cinema – about once – twice a week. Adults prefer visiting theaters. Once –twice in a month. TV is also in favor. People spend the evening near TVset, watching shows and films – this takes about 2 hours a day.
Phone. Everybody in modern society has a mobile phone. Usually people spend about 1-2 hours talking phone.
Internet. This is like a drug for people from 10 to 30-40 years old. Majority of us spend 4-5 hours a day in the web.

What do we do with our time?

My survey revealed that in Ukraine today as well as in the UK, people spend a third of their day sleeping and eating. It may seem much but it is only 8 hours - the time which a person ought to spend just sleeping. Working or studying, sleeping and surfing the Internet take up much more than half of the day.
On average the Ukrainians spend about 17 hours per week watching TV. However they are using more and more Internet – approximately 20 hours. Not surprisingly, older people use the Internet and watch TV less than the youth do. For example, only one out of four people aged 60 and over says he can use a computer while all the examined teenagers say they use computer every day.
During the week, 72% of adults are up by 7 am. 68% of students stay at university or at school at least till 3 pm and then come back home, do their leisure time activities and their homework. Adults spend much more time working that the youth studying. Two thirds of the examined people come back home later than 6 pm.
People generally eat between 6.30 and 7 am, at 1 pm and between 6 and 9 pm. By midnight, 90% of adults are asleep, while a quarter of teenagers prefer surfing the Internet or hanging out with their friends at that time.
At the weekend people get up later (65% after 9 am) and go to bed later. Small difference was revealed between adults and children. Adults spend twice as much time alone as children do.

How Ukrainians Spend Their Time

I conducted a survey this week. The survey showed that most of the time people spend sleeping, study or work, eating, watching TV. On average, people spend 8 hours sleeping. Watching TV is by far the most popular leisure activity. Older people watch it often than younger people, with those aged 57 and over spending twice as much time watching television as those aged 8 to 17.

On average, students spend about 7 hours doing their homework and spend about an hour doing their hobby. The vast majority, 67 %, do sports. It takes them about an hour a day. Many pensioners are just as active as a youth.
During the week, adults and children wake up at 7 o'clock in the morning. They work or go to school, at least, until 4 p.m. and then do their homework, have meals or do some form of entertainment. Almost people go to bed at 11 o'clock. On weekends they wake up later, at 9-10, and go to bed later, at 12 o'clock.
People usually have breakfast between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m., have lunch between 12:00 and 13:00 and have dinner between 17:00 and 17:30.
By midnight most of the adults and the children sleep, but someone can work at this time, doing homework, etc.

What do we do with our time?

I have done a research to find out what we do with our time. I have asked 11 people about how much time they spend sleeping, eating, watching TV and doing housework. There were people from 17 to 50 years. According to my research, the average person spends a third of a day sleeping. It is 32, 5 % of day. People generally get up at 7 a.m. and go to bed at 11 p.m. People spend one hour and thirteen minutes a day eating. It is 6, 5 % of day. On average, people spend 4 hours a day or 27 hours a week watching TV (16 % of day). The average woman spends three or four a day doing housework (17 %). I found out that people spend about one hour chatting on the phone and no less than 3 hours using the Internet. Also they do shopping three hours a week. About 60 per cent are not happy with the way they use their time.

How Ukrainians Spend Their Time

My latest research revealed that my relatives and friends spend most of their time sleeping. Working or studying and using the computer take up more than a half the day.
On average, I may say that they spend nearly 40 hours per week sleeping. Of course, not surprisingly that adults and pensioners sleep more than young people. By midnight 95 % of adults are asleep, while 5% are enjoying some free time. In opposite, only 10% of teenagers are asleep by midnight. The vast majority of young people 65 % study or surf the Internet at this time.
During the week 95 % of adults and teenager are up by 8 am. At the weekend, people get up later (seventy percent after 8:30) and go to bed later (85 % are in bed by 2 am). Sixty percent work or study at least 7 hours, sometimes even more, it depends on their timetable. So they are busy until at least 4 pm and then have meals, do housework and homework. Almost half of them spend nearly 5-6 hours using the computer for their study or work.  Only 20 % do some form of leisure activity (watching TV or reading for pleasure).
As for the time for having meal people generally have breakfast between 7 and 8 am, have dinner between 2 pm and 4, and have supper at 8 pm. All of them prefer home-cooked food to ready meals. Almost all these families eat together at least once per day or even more.
T he research was revealed a difference between adults and young people. Adults spend 6-7 hours per week alone compared with teenagers, who spend 10-12 hours per week socializing and hanging out with their friends.

How Ukrainians Spend The Time

This survey revealed some average activities Ukrainian people spend time on. I’ve asked 25 people including 5 pensioners over 60 years old and 4 children about 12 years old. The vast majority of interviewees are under-aged students of the Tavrida National University.
The main time-taking part of the day is sleep. Sleep takes an average person about 8 hours a day, which is approximately the third part of all time. The second popular way of spending time is watching television. On average, it takes about 3 to 4 hours a day to watch favourite TV shows and series. As pensioners have more spare time than anyone else, most of them spend about 5 to 6 hours a day watching the soap operas and other programs.
It’s startling that the vast majority or interviewed students spend at least 1 hour a day reading for pleasure. Anyway, about 45% do not consider reading as an important part of their weekly activity. Surprisingly, 88% of children under the age of 12 read more than their older companions. Moreover, 95% of pensioners prefer newspapers to book.
99% of interviewees generally get up about 6 o’clock usually to have enough time to eat in the morning and wrap their bag for school or university. Being a great thrill, most pensioners get up early daily, including weekends, whereas 95% of younger generation’s representatives usually sleep until 10 a.m.
The vast majority, 90% stay up late daily because of studying or communicating with friends via social networks. Most of students, 98% don’t eat in the morning before university or school. Pensioners, all of a sudden, eat just 2 times a day instead of recommended norm of 3-to-5 ingestion.
According to the held survey, most people spend about 33% of their time sleeping, watching TV takes 23%. 20% of all time is studying (intellectual work), which includes reading as a broadening-horizons activity. About 15% of time takes leisure, which is different with most of the pensioners, whom it takes about 20-25%. The rest part of time, about 10%, is covered by different less time-taking things, such as eating and cooking, for instance.

My survey

My survey revealed that people in the age of 15 to 25 have enough free time. Sleeping, educational, leisure and sport activities take up more than half the day. People in this age group spend 8 hours sleeping, 4 hours for education, leisure and sport activities.
Watching TV is the leisure activity that occupies the most of the time (3 hours per day), accounting for about half of leisure time, on average, for age 15 and over. Socializing, such as hanging out with friends (going to the cafes, cinemas, theaters and grooming) is the next most common leisure activity, accounting for nearly three-quarters of an hour per day.
There are a little group of people who spend 2 hours of their time on joining some new hobbies such as: doing clothes, dancing, photography, making jewelry and gardening.
On an average day, nearly everyone age 15 and over engaged in some sort of leisure activity, such as watching TV, socializing, chatting on the phone, and girls like gossiping for many hours, shopping, listening to music and cooking. Time spends on reading for personal interest, playing games and using a computer for leisure is what our people do on a weekend.
Surprisingly, very few of my respondents feel that they waste their time. Some of them think that chatting on the phone and watching TV is the way to waste time. Also, some very hard-working students wants to waste one day of their limited life, they devoted it to relaxing and doing nothing, reading and walking.
We spend our time in mindless activities, especially on weekend and when we are tired or even exhausted.

How I really spend my time

Time, it seems, is what we're all short of these days. Now I want to tell you how I really spend my time. As you know I am a student and studying takes most of my time.

I come home an average at 2 or 3 o’clock. Then I usually eat, but sometimes I can go to bed. Eating takes me about 20 minutes. Then I begin to do my homework. An average it takes me about 6-7 hours. But I try to make small breaks. At this time, I can listen to music, chatting on the phone with my family, with my boyfriend or drinking tea with my flatmate.

To tell the truth I'm not happy with the way I use my time. Unfortunately, I don't have much spare time, because I try to study very hard.  I really like English and I want to teach little pupils, therefore I always find time for preparing lessons and doing my homework. But I want to spend less time doing it.

If I have a little bit more free time, I will make some sports because dream about perfect body.  Also I want to go out more with my boyfriend because he will leave soon and we won't meet for a long time.

I wanna spend more tome with my family, especially with my mother, because I understand how much I love her. I enjoy her company very much. One more thing, I dream about dancing too. I'm really into  it, and I'm going to use my spare time for it.

How I really spend my time

Time, it seems, is what we are all short of these days. The world is moving faster and faster. We spend time in vain, but we do not have time for the really important things. As for me I do not completely happy how I use my time. As you know I am a first year student at the Department of Foreign Languages, Tavrida National University. My common day starts with getting up at 6 a.m. My lectures begin at 8 a.m. and finish at 2 p.m. It takes me 20 minutes to return to the hostel. Cooking and eating dinner takes me an hour. Further I let myself to relax in a half an hour. At this time I prefer listen to music or to take a nap, because it makes me more fresh and energetic. Then I do my homework, it takes me about 6 hours. Frankly speaking, I think that it is too much, but sometimes I have to do my tasks even longer. That is why I go to bed near midnight or later. I try to spend my weekend with my family. But probably the only thing I can afford on the weekends is to sleep a bit longer, but generally I also spend a whole day doing homework. In future I would like to do my tasks quicker and spend more time doing exercise and hanging out with my friends.

How I spend my time!

In today’s fast-moving world we have a lot of to do, so in my opinion time is by far what we’re all really short of these days.
As for me I’m not always happy how I use my time, I think I could spend it better. Basically almost all my time I spend doing my homework, for the same reason I use the Internet a lot. I also spend my time doing housework such as cleaning  floors , washing dishes  and vacuuming carpets , but it isn’t my mother’s requirement I do it because I just  love when the house clean. It’s a pity that I have   little spare time, if I have some I try to spend it usefully. I do physical activities such as cycling, jogging, skating and playing volleyball. As now it’s getting colder and colder I spend less and less time for sport and it’s also quite hard for me to get up at 05.30 and do some exercise.
Unfortunately, I don’t always have enough time for my hobbies dancing and reading.  Frankly speaking, the other thing on which I’d like to spend my time is hanging out with my friends. We see each other only at the weekends or even rare as some of us study in others cities.
All in all, I think I’m a lucky one as I have no time to do nothing.

How I Really Spend My Time

Everybody has ever thought about the way they spend their time and how they could spend it better. The results of the recent researches amazed me and I decided to count out the approximate amount of time-wasting activity I do daily. I was shocked.
As a student of one of the most demanding department of the Tavrida National University, studying takes the vast majority of my time. Firstly, I spend at least five hours attentions lectures; secondly, I come home and do homework for the next day. It isn't easy, but I try to cope with the amount of new information I get every single day.
I'm broad-minded person, so that I have loads of interests and hobbies. Getting to know new information is the most important thing in my life - moreover, it's the age of globalization, so you need to know more than ever before - that's why I keep reading books, no matter how little time I have. I am also into cross-stitching a lot, but nowadays, I haven't got a couple of spare minutes to make a single cross. One of my biggest hobby is singing. I'm a big fan of Lara Fabian and Mariah Carey, so I have a classic music taste, and I put myself a target to be close to the vocals they produce. I'm not a splendid singer, but I can sing and enjoy it at least. Singing takes me much time.
I spend about 2 hours a day communicating with my friends and relatives. I prefer to hang out on fresh air, but at the moment I spend outside less time than I used to. That's why I have to manage with taking to the remote friends via "Skype" or else.
Enlisted above facts are important daily activities and they take me about 17 hours including sleep. The rest 7 hours are taken by the so-called time-wasters. For instant, the most common time-waster in the city is public transport. You spend roughly an hour en route to the university and back home. Personally, the incapacity to allocate time efficiently and occupying the blanks of time with unimportant activities such as preparing one more cup of tea, sitting and doing nothing and so on...
Notwithstanding, I absolutely enjoy the way I spend my time, so I would change nothing, because this defines my personality and I like it.

How I spend my time

My today’s work day compared to my school’s work day hasn’t changed very much. Since I have been student my alarm goes off at twenty to six, and my day starts. Studying takes most of my time. I come home an average at 3 o’clock and begin to prepare my homework at 4 o’clock. Doing homework takes from 4 to 6 hours. I don’t do it all the time, but sometimes it really takes all of my time. O course I digress by texting with my friends, chatting on the phone and using the Internet. I go to bed at 11 o’clock. My work doesn’t suit me. It is very boring and unhappy. All days are very similar. The same situation I had at school, but nevertheless I find out some time for handing out with my friends then. Studying at the university is more difficult than at school. Of course I want to spend less time doing homework, but I understand that now studies is one of the main points in my life, and my future depends from my today’s pains and work. Socialising makes the life of anyone more interesting and happy. And for me it is very important too. Unfortunately I can’t meet my friends every day and spend a lot of time with them. My friends also very busy. At the weekend we all meet together and have a good long talk.

How I Spend My Time

  How I Spend My Time

People spend their time in different ways. Some people enjoy going in for sports, others prefer watching TV or playing computer games.
As for me, I spend most of my time studying and doing my homework. Sometimes I feel very exhausted after a hard day at the University, so I need a couple of hours to relax. In this case I prefer to stay alone lying on the sofa and listening to music in my room. Music helps me to relax and feel refreshed.
At the weekend I usually help my parents with the housework. My household duties are to clean the second floor of the house and to water the flowers.
No wonder that the vast majority of young people have some duties at home although many of them aren’t happy about it. Of course, watching TV or playing computer games is much more interesting than tidying the house or doing the washing up, but I think that our parents need our help and we have to remember about it. It is necessary to share duties at home so that our parents could have a rest.
Frankly speaking, I’d like to spend more time walking and hanging out with my friends, because it is necessary for me to have a day for a rest so that I will be able to continue my study successfully, but in general I’m happy with the way I use my time!
All in all there are a lot of ways to spend our time. And we choose the way  which suits our preferences.

Yes, I am happy with the way I use my time!

How do we really spend our time? If we look out of a window we may see a lot of people who are in a hurry. It happens because most of them can`t plan their time properly. I also have an intensive timetable but in general I`m satisfied with the way I use my time.
The main thing in a life of every student is studying and most of us do our best to succeed in the chosen sphere of knowledge. I am not an exception. Every weekday I spend about an hour and a half doing my homework and preparing for the lessons. You may say that it is too little and you`ll be right. However, when it is a weekend I try to do my homework on all the subjects I can in order to relieve myself for the following week.As I am a rather active person I do a lot of other activities which take much time. For example, I spend about 6 hours per week attending photo courses and approximately 3 hours going to swimming pool. When it was warm enough I also went jogging. However, the weather became colder so I don`t have such an opportunity now. I really miss it because jogging charged me with energy. It is not strange that I may be tired after all these activities. However, I can`t live in the other way. If I have some free time I try to do anything but not just lie on a sofa and watch TV. Even when I want to watch this or that TV show I do it partially.Despite I like the way how I spend my time there is one thing which really annoys me. I hate travelling by bus. It takes too much time just sitting and doing nothing. I live in the suburb and I have counted that I spend about 10 hours per week en route. I try to use even this time, though. I learn new words or revise the material I learnt in the university. All things considered, I am very busy nowadays but I`m not sure I`ll ever be less busy than I am now. But in comparison with other people I have enough time to do things which I really like.

My Best Friend

Friendship is very important for me. I'm happy because I have a faithful friend. Her name is Kseniya.

We met 4 years ago at the birthday party of our mutual friend. It turned out we had a lot of common interests. And now I want to tell you what she looks like.
Kseniya is pretty in her own way. She is slender and not very tall, with shoulder-lenght, straight and blond hair. She has very beautiful green eyes with thick eyelashes. My friend has a straight nose that makes her more pretter. Her smile is sincere and charming.

As for her character. She is clever, purposeful and hard-working at the same time. So, she trys do everything in the best way. Kseniya always achives her goals. Also my friend is very kind and helpful. She always supports and helps me in difficult situations. Kseniya  is very responsible and reliable too. She never lets me down. My friend is easy-going and everybody communicates with Kseniya with pleasure. Of course, she has a negative qualities. Kseniya can be too impulsive and excitable at times. Also my friend like to criticize and sometimes her criticism hurt feelings of others.

As for her interests. My friend is fond of reading books and she has a lot of them at home. She is also loves to write different stories; by the way, when Kseniya was a child, she wanted to be a writer and now she dreams to be a journalist. I think that it's suited profession for her. Her interests also include: travelling, museums, art, cooking and music. Kseniya knows a lot of interesting facts about music, famous people and history. She certainly is  hard-working person, but to tell the truth sometimes she goes out to party or disco and return home very late at night - or rather, early in the morning. As you see Kseniya is different in her behave.
So, I think we are good friends, because we can rely on each other, cheer each other up, keep each other's secrets. I hope that our friendship will last for very, very long time.

Alina left school two years ago and now she is a student of Tavrida National University. She is a future economist. Alina is a pretty girl of eighteen. She is tall and slim. Her long black hair is straight. Her close-set hazel eyes have long eyelashes and straight eyebrows. She has a charming smile. Alina is the kind of person who always does what she thinks is right. She is very open and sensible girl. She always ready to help everybody who needs. What I like most of all is her good sense of humor. She likes to dance and listen to music. I am very happy to have such a good friend as Alina.

My Best Friend.

My best friend.
We met for the first time in summer camp for English learners. It was arranged by our school. We lived in one room, we were neighbours. It was the best time in my life.
Now, I want to describe you my best friend. Her name is Yana and she is 18. She is very pretty. Her hear is straight and red. She wears her hair loose and fringe, she suites her. Her face is pale, oval. Yana’s eyes are green. She has a charming smile.
As for me her character is perfect. She is sensible and competitive; she works really hard every day. Also, she is rational and self-confident; it helps her to control my impulsive character and gives me good advices. In spite of her practical side, she is tender, emotional and thoughtful. Sometimes, Yana tends to be critical and stubborn, because she wants to be good specialist in journalism.
She has plenty of hobbies. Reading, writing a novel, I am sure it will be successful. Her life is full of interests and she makes my life interesting.  I love her and I am very grateful to her.

My best best friend!!!

I am going to describe my best friend Ani. To tell the truth, I don`t remember when I met her. I suppose, I was about 10 years old. We attended a swimming club together. Ani is a little bit older than me, she is 22. However I`ve never felt this difference.
My best friend is very pretty and she is always well-dressed. Usually she wears casual clothes but sometimes she prefers dresses and skirts. Ani is rather short as her height is about 155 cm. She comes from Armenia that`s why her complexion is dark and her hair is black. Usually Ani wears her shoulder-length hair in a ponytail. But I should say that it suits her much better when she wears her hair loose. Ani has quite weak eyesight that`s why sometimes she has to wear glasses.
As for her character, she is extremely kind. I have never met such people before. She never says any bad thing about other people behind their backs. She is very cheerful and welcoming. When I come to her house I always feel like at home and she is ready to receive me at any time. What was very surprising for me is that the last time I visited her she told I should have come with my mom. I`m sure, it was not told to express her politeness but she really wanted to see her. Ani is so sincere that when I talk to her I want to become much better than I am, as I know I have a lot of drawbacks in comparison with her.
However there is one thing which is a little bit annoying for me. Ani tends to complain about her problems too often. Sometimes I come to her in a good mood and leave worrying about different insignificant things.
As for her interests, they are varied. To start with, she still attends the swimming club. She even took part in Paralympics where she won a bronze medal. However sport is not the only thing she is interested in. She also likes going to performances and ballets. Ani visited plenty of countries from which she brought different knick-knacks which she collects.
All things considered, Ani is a really good friend and I hope now you understand why I call her my best friend!

Dash - the one and the only!

I've known her since I remember myself. We were always together playing different games, exploring around the house, making useless attempts to operate a doll. Darya Nesterova, 17 years old, and I were and are still the best childhood amigos.
Dasha is a very pretty girl, who always wears brand-new clothes and changes into a casual vest or pyjamas when she is at home. She has never been overweight a bit, always keeping fit and making guys stare and feel drawn to her shapely legs. She's got shoulder-blades-length wavy brown hair and usually wears it loose. Her fair complexion mixes up with her perfectly oval face. She possesses big hazel eyes and a turned up tiny nose.
There's a unique connection between us - a special language of souls we share. I'm so glad I found her long ago and hope we'll stay friends for good. Even though we've been acquainted for 16 years, I haven't completely analysed her personality. This makes our relationships interesting and adventurous.
What I like most about Dash is that she's always cheerful and positive, no matter how bad things are. She's always ready to support you in difficult situations, which makes her very considerate. She is extremely reliable, so you can be sure that your secrets and mysteries won't be revealed the next day. As for her best feature, she is very uncompromising person and does her job demandingly but with passion. Moreover, being sensible and demanding doesn't prevent her from being tender when communicating with close people. Dash in candid and determined enough to say what she thinks face to face.
Besides the enlisted characteristics, she shows a tendency of being a little bit lazy at times. She's got a potential to make her dreams happen, but doesn't use it often. As for me, this is her worst drawback.

P.S. I'm so sorry, my Internet connection is so poor so I can't post the photo right now. I'll do it later )

My Best Friend

My best friend's name is Daria and she is 17.
I’ve known Dasha since my first day at school, when we were only six. I can remember her smiling face as the teacher, Elena Anatolievna, asked me to share the same desk with her.
Dasha is a very pretty girl. She is tall and slim. She often wears her long dark hair in a pony-tail. She has got a round face with beautiful light-blue eyes and a straight nose.
Dasha prefers comfortable clothes and can often be seen wearing a jumper, a pair of jeans and trainers.
Dasha is a kind person who will listen to your problems and try to help you. She always tries to understand me and my feelings. Dasha knows that she can rely on me too. Also, I respect my friend for her modesty and strong will.
What I don’t like about Dasha is her obstinacy.
Dasha is a student of Crimean University for Humanities. Like me, she wants to be a teacher in the future.
Daria is quite active and enjoys outdoor activities. One of her favourite hobbies is playing tennis. Also, she likes going to the cinema and is especially fond of adventure films.
I have shared much good time with Dasha. She is one of my best and most trusted friends.
I feel fortunate to have met her!

Here are the photos!

My best friend

My best friend’s name is Kseniya. She is 16. Kseniya was born in Perevalnoe. When she was 2 years old her family moved to our village. We met in the kindergarten. Since we have been friend. Now what can I say about Ksyusha? She is a pretty girl. Ksyusha is tall, slim and well-built. Ksyusha has straight blond hair and she usually wears it loose. Everybody admires her hair which looks rich and always focuses attention. Ksyusha has beautiful green eyes and a straight nose. Her smile is charming. Also I like the way she laughs very much. As for clothes Ksyusha prefers she likes jeans and sweatshirts. But I like when she wears dresses and skirts. Ksyusha has shapely legs. So she looks very attractive in it. Ksyusha is a nice girl. She is out going and can find a topic of conversation with everyone. Ksyusha is understanding and sympathetic. I trust her a lot and I’m sure that I can rely on her in any situation. She never lets people down. Ksyusha has a good sense of humor. We have many common jokes which are understandable only for us. She is always cheerful and energetic. Ksyusha has got only one shortcoming. She is moody. For example if she is in a bad mood she spoils it everyone. And when I tell her about it she gets nervous but a bit later we together laugh at it". Ksyusha is a pupil of the 11th form. She wants to be a pharmacist. We like to spend a lot of time together. Ksyusha and I often watch videos, listen to music, sing songs, dance, take some funny photos. And the most important I am who I am with Ksyusha,I feel at ease with her. I miss Ksyusha when we don’t see each other for a long time. Our friendship helps me fill strong and sure of myself.

Best friend

I  almost sure that  all of us have a person, whom he can call friend and luckily I’m not an exception. So, I’m going to tell you about my close friend – Nikita. We  had known  each other for about 12 years, but became real friends only 2 years ago.

Nikita is rather handsome and good-looking boy. He usually wears casual clothes, but for special occasions he wears smart clothes. In his teens he is medium – height about 1, 79 cm and medium built. He always keeps fit, as he attends sport club.

He has got short dark haircut. His beautiful blue eyes are full of cheerfulness and energy. You never see him sitting in one place, he is always in motion. What makes him more charming is his pretty dimples on his cheeks and of course his sincere smile.

He’s very easy-going and resilient. Nikita is person with a great sense of humor.  He always tries to talk about what his partner is interested in, even if he sees person for the  first time . It’s one of his features which impressed me, as for it’s quite difficult to feel comfortably in stranger’s company. Never the less he’s very reliable. He never brings you down. Nikita is always responsible for his actions. And I appreciate it. In my case Nikita is a good shoulder to cry on, he know how sensitive and even humble I could be. If I have problems, he never leaves me, otherwise always hear me out if it’s need give me piece of advice and of course supports  and cheers with good words. Nikita tries to help me to overcome my complexes. Unfortunately everyone has its own drawbacks and Nikita isn’t an exception. Sometimes he tends to be a bit demanding to himself and to others. He always wants to do all the best. No mistake should be permit. If something goes wrong he becomes impulsive and aggressive.

Nikita is very versatile person. He enjoys traveling. His favorite occupation is going to wild places. I never share this hobby. I’m too cowardly for such experiments.  He also likes to create new programs for computer s and other gadgets. I usually turn for help to him, as I’m not very good in it. Moreover he’s interested in literature and cinematography. We can spend tremendous amounts of time discussing it.

Unfortunately, now we don’t see each other as much as we would like to, as Nikita entered the University in another city and doesn’t have a possibility to go home often, so we keep in touch through the Internet.  But I hope we always will be friends. All in all I appreciate our friendship, it means a lot for us.
